🚚 Free Shipping on Orders $99+

  • Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders under $99 will have a flat shipping fee applied.

🖊 Adult Signature Requirement

For safety and compliance, all deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival.

📦 Bulk Orders

Save more when you order in bulk—fewer shipments, better value!

🚫 Regional Restrictions

  • Delta-8 products: Cannot be shipped to Kentucky.

  • Vape products (cartridges, disposables, hardware): Cannot be shipped to KY, NV, OR, UT, WA.

  • THC-A products: Cannot be shipped to the following states:
    AK, AR, CO, DE, HI, ID, IA, MN, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SD, UT, VT, WA.

📍 Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Processing time: 24–72 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Eastern shipments: 1–5 business days.

  • Western shipments: 3–20 business days.

  • Holiday/sales rush: Processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details to follow your package.


Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

⏳ Return Window

  • Hardware items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • E-liquid products (bottles, pods, disposables, etc.) due to health regulations.

  • Sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

💳 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with approval/denial.

  • Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Customer-error returns or incomplete packaging may incur a $35 restocking fee.

❌ Lost or Stolen Packages

DeltaCloudz is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after shipping. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. Please email info@deltacloudz.com to request an exchange.

🎁 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
